Transparency

How I keep both of us safe.

Cross-border business fails on trust, not on price. These rules are not negotiable, they protect you as much as me — and everything you share stays strictly confidential.

  • My identity is public and verifiable: Italian VAT number, registered office, landline-registered mobile, published company data.
  • Every mandate is written, with a defined fee agreed before work starts, and invoiced regularly.
  • Know-your-counterparty runs both ways: I will ask for your company documents, and you are entitled to ask for mine.
  • Sanctions, PEP and anti-money-laundering screening before any transaction, as Italian and EU law requires. If a file does not clear, I decline it.
  • Payments only through traceable banking channels, to the company account shown on the invoice.

Do I need to travel to Italy or Europe to work with you?
No. Most clients never come. That is the point of a local partner: I attend the meetings, inspect the goods or the property and handle the paperwork, then report to you.
What languages do you work in?
Italian and English in conversation. Written material in your language is handled through professional translation, and this page exists in six languages for exactly that reason.
How do you charge?
Three options, agreed in writing before work starts: a fixed project fee, a monthly retainer for ongoing representation, or a commission on brokered deals. No hidden costs.
How do you protect my confidentiality?
Discretion is part of every mandate. I sign a non-disclosure agreement before any detail is shared, I never reveal who I represent without your consent, and when you prefer to stay in the background I negotiate in my own name on your behalf. Your plans, your counterparties and your terms stay between us.
How quickly can we start?
Introductory call within 48 hours of your message. Written proposal within five working days.
Is the first consultation really free?
Yes, and with no obligation. If your project is not something I can do well, I will tell you and, where I can, point you to someone who can.
